Northern (AIM:NOP), an oil and gas production, development, exploration and asset trading company, notes the announcement made at 0700 this morning by PLUS quoted ATI Oil Plc (“ATI”) concerning the appointment of Per Gunnar Loge as Chief Executive of ATI and Erik Jorgensen as Non Executive Director.  Northern currently has a 37.05% shareholding in ATI and Derek Musgrove and Chris Foss, directors of Northern, are respectively Chairman and Finance Director of ATI.
