Northern will announce its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2007 on 12 May 2008.

There will be a presentation for analysts at 1130 on 12 May at the offices of Investec Investment Banking and Securities, 2 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7QP. Analysts who are unable to attend in person will also be able to participate via conference call from 1115 that morning, and should contact Michael Kinirons at Bishopsgate Communications before 1100 on 12 May for dial in information.

The results presentation will be made available on the Company’s website, www.northpet.com, after commencement of the meeting.
