The Company was informed yesterday after market close of the following purchases of shares by Directors:

The SIPP of Jerry White purchased 28,500 ordinary shares of the Company on 16 November at a price of 105p per share. This purchase brings Mr White’s beneficial shareholding to 123,275 ordinary shares, representing 0.18 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.

The SIPP of Tony Brewer purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of the Company on 16 November at a price of 105p per share. This purchase brings Mr Brewer’s beneficial shareholding to 50,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.07 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
