The Company has been informed that Graham Heard, Exploration and Technical Director, transferred 7,133 ordinary shares of the Company from his personal holdings to his SIPP on 01 November at a price of 179p per share. This transfer does not alter Mr Heard’s total beneficial shareholding of 15,523 ordinary shares.
