The Company has been informed that Chris Foss, Finance Director, transferred 5,885 ordinary shares of the Company from his personal holdings to his SIPP on 12 October at a price of 173.25p per share. This transfer does not alter Mr Foss’ total beneficial shareholding of 10,133 ordinary shares.
