The Company was informed yesterday after market close that 25,000 ordinary shares of the Company were purchased by the SIPP of Tony Brewer, a director of the Company, at a price of 184p per share. This purchase brings Mr Brewer’s beneficial shareholding to 75,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.11 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
