The Board of Northern Petroleum Plc received notification, after market close, on 01 March from Deutsche Bank AG London that Deutsche Bank AG and its subsidiary companies have, following acquisitions, increased their notifiable interest to 3,170,654 ordinary shares of the Company. Part of this holding may relate to hedging arrangements for customer transactions. This holding represents approximately 4.52% of the Company’s issued ordinary share capital, which currently totals 70,219,851 ordinary shares.
