The Company has been informed that Richard Latham, Chairman of Northern, yesterday transferred 50,087 ordinary shares of the Company from his personal holdings to his SIPP at a price of 95.50p per share, being the prevailing mid market price at close of business. This transfer does not alter Mr Latham’s total beneficial shareholding of 725,087 ordinary shares, which represents 1.03 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
