The Company has been informed that 27,205 ordinary shares of the Company were purchased today by the SIPP of Derek Musgrove, a director of the Company, at a price of 105p per share. This purchase brings Mr Musgrove’s beneficial shareholding to 950,000 ordinary shares, representing 1.35 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
