Northern is pleased to announce the appointment to the Board, with immediate effect, of Anthony Nigel Brewer as a Non Executive Director of the Company.

Tony, aged 57, has over thirty five years of experience in fund management and stockbroking, both in investment analysis and institutional sales, and has specialist knowledge of the oil and gas sector. He is currently advising a number of clients in both risk analysis and portfolio management.

Additionally, Tony will replace Derek Musgrove as a member of both the Audit Committee and Remuneration and Nomination Committee, and takes on the role of Chairman of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee that was formerly held by David Roberts.
