Northern is pleased to announce the appointment to the Board, with immediate effect, of Chris Foss as Finance Director.

Chris, aged 33, has been the Group Financial Controller and Company Secretary of Northern for the last two and a half years, and is also currently the Finance Director of OFEX quoted ATI Oil Plc. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Between 1998 and his joining the Company, Chris held various finance positions with, and acted as a consultant to, energy related subsidiaries of GE Capital Corporation, Bechtel Group Inc, United Technologies Corporation and Centrica Plc.

Following Chris’ appointment, Jerry White will remain on the Board as a non executive director and will now take on the role of Chairman of the Audit Committee.
