The Board of Northern Petroleum Plc has today received notification from Invesco English and International Trust plc that, following the recent placing, it is the beneficial owner of 9,200,000 ordinary shares of 1p each (representing 3.45% of the ordinary share capital) in the Company. The notice states that the shares are registered in the name of Chase Nominees Limited.
