The Board of Northern Petroleum Plc has today received notification from ISIS Asset Management plc that, as a result of a purchase on 12 February of 416,667 ordinary shares of 1p each, its client Active Capital Trust has a material interest in 10,833,334 ordinary shares (representing 5.06% of the ordinary share capital) in the Company. The notice states that the shares are registered in the name of Chase Nominees Limited.
